PBSK Returns & Refunds Policy
At PBSK, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, handmade skincare using high-quality, natural ingredients sourced from trusted Australian suppliers. Each product is carefully created, packed, and inspected before it reaches you.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
To report damaged or faulty products, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at contactus@pbsk.com.au, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
